We are now fully open for the 2008 season & are having an exciting start to the year.

We have changed our name from the Isle of Raasay Hotel back to Borodale House,
the building’s original name when it was built as the Estate Managers house in the 1870’s.

We also have a new chef on the team who has produced exciting new lunchtime
and evening menu's in the Cuillin View Restaurant specialising in fresh local produce
(including Raasay venison & pork whenever available) to create a variety of
tempting dishes with a Scottish & French influence.
